ABOUT ATT. YASMIN TORRES-SOTERO: Att. Torres-Sotero is an Attorney and Public Notary Licensed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico since 2008. She possesses a Master in Law (LLM) in Corporate Legal Advisory from the IE Law School in Madrid, Spain and an MBA Module Certificate from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Prior founding TS Law Office, LLC, Yasmin worked as a corporate lawyer at one of Puerto Rico's premier law firms, where she represented local and multinational companies participating in the retail, pharmacy, assets management, e-commerce, financial services, engineering services, banking, manufacturing, among other industries.
